ABOUT SUMMERHILL

Peder is the Managing Director of the Summerhill Group of companies and applies a very hands on role throughout all of the businesses, Peder started Summerhill Services in 2003 as he thought there was a real need across Victoria in these specialised fields of services. Since the inception of Summerhill the group has significantly grown with three offices now in two states. Cherie has been with Summerhill Services for the 5 past years initially commencing work with the companies accounts department. Over time Cherie has developed her role within the business and has become a valued team member. Her current position sees her looking after Administration and Customer Relations, whilst also assisting with customer needs in providing quotations and client reporting.   

Sally has been with Summerhill for 3 years in an administration role assisting with various office tasks and is responsible for creating job and safety packs for our workers in the field. Last year she completed a traffic management planning course and since has been looking after all our traffic management needs for the business throughout the state specialising in civil projects. 

Manik is a deadline driven, a problem solver and a very detail oriented Project Engineer at Summerhill Services with 4 years of career experience in construction management. He is highly adept in multi-site management, business development, personnel acquisition and training. He exhibits strong organizational and time management skills.
At Summerhill services, Manik is responsible for tracking physical & Financial progress of all the projects, processing progress claims for SMS projects, compliance all the engineering works, responsible for negotiating and resolving conflicts onsite and among stakeholders, training graduate engineers and actively looks after maintaining company’s OHS policy.
Manik is currently involved with the road safety improvement works on Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road, Wellington Road, and South Gippsland Highway.

Shravan is our Graduate Engineer who has a Masters degree in Structural Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology.
He assists Project Manager Lloyd and Project Engineer Manik on daily basis. He is also responsible for preparation of all the documents such as, Construction Programme, Environmental Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan and Risk Assessments, apart from these he is involved in site management.
Shravan was involved in the Pasco Vale safety improvement works and he is currently involved with the road safety improvement works on Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road, Wellington Road, and South Gippsland Highway.

Lloyd current role is project manager for Summerhill Maintenance Services, with more than 6 years of experience of managing Safety improvement projects which usually includes installation and removal of safety barriers of all kind, civil works, service proving and locating, planning and coordinating the construction program. Working closely with Vic Roads Department of transport, Lloyd ensures that the project runs smoothly and within budget. Lloyd is responsible for running the overall projects for Summerhill services. Lloyd plays a critical role within the business pricing, coordinating and completing projects.
