Meet the Team

Peder Haugen

Managing Director
Peder is the Managing Director of the Summerhill Group of companies and applies a very hands on role throughout all of the businesses, Peder started Summerhill Services in 2003 as he thought there was a real need across Victoria in these specialised fields of services. Since the inception of Summerhill the group has significantly grown with three offices now in two states. Cherie Miller

Customer Relations and Administration Manager
Cherie has been with Summerhill Services for the 5 past years initially commencing work with the companies accounts department. Over time Cherie has developed her role within the business and has become a valued team member. Her current position sees her looking after Administration and Customer Relations, whilst also assisting with customer needs in providing quotations and client reporting.   

Greg Routley

Contract Manager
In current position for 4 months with Summerhill as Contract Manager. Previously with Corporate maintenance as operations coordinator for 3 years based in the city. Servicing clients such as Telstra, Apple, Anz and Suncorp. Currently project managing Level crossing fencing works, Kingston and Port Phillip Councils and Yarra Trams works.

Sally Bagley

Receptionist & Traffic Management Planner
Sally has been with Summerhill for 3 years in an administration role assisting with various office tasks and is responsible for creating job and safety packs for our workers in the field. Last year she completed a traffic management planning course and since has been looking after all our traffic management needs for the business throughout the state specialising in civil projects. 

Sahil Choudhary

Sahil is a qualified Engineer, having graduated from Deakin University in 2017, and currently works as a site engineer with Summerhill Maintenance Services.
Sahil has worked on numerous safety improvements projects, both locally and regionally, including the Calder Freeway and Western Freeway safety improvement projects, the Mornington Freeway project and the Frankston Freeway and Moorooduc Highway safety upgrade projects. Sahil is an Innovative team leader with proficiency in planning and execution and possesses excellent blueprint interpreting skills.

Lloyd Eltringham

Site Foreman
Lloyd current role is as the site foreman for Summerhill Maintenance Services, with more than 5 years of experience of managing Safety improvement projects which usually includes installation and removal of safety barriers of all kind, civil works, service proving and locating, planning and coordinating the construction program. Working closely with Vic Roads surveillance officer, Lloyd ensures that the project runs smoothly and within budget. Lloyd is also responsible for maintaining the overall quality of the project as per client's requirement and Summerhill standards and reporting day to day activities to the superiors by email.
Lloyd has played a crucial role in Mornington and Frankston freeway safety improvement works and Monash freeway upgrade stage 2 project.

Linlea and Marg head up our accounts team and work side by side with all of our clients to ensure client satisfaction 100% of the time, Marg and Linlea between them have over 35 years of experience and are always available to assist our clients and employee needs.
